Job Overview The Retail Experience Lead & Delivery Driver is responsible for opening and closing duties, overseeing daily operations, and supervising staff during an assigned shift.
The Retail Experience
Lead & Delivery Driver plays a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience across both in-store and delivery channels. This position leads by example on the sales floor, supports daily store operations, coaches team members, and helps ensure operational excellence while also safely and efficiently completing scheduled deliveries.
As a trusted leader within the store, the Retail Experience Lead & Delivery Driver acts as a brand ambassador at every guest touchpoint, supports sales growth through product knowledge and guest engagement, and helps maintain a high-performing, compliant, and guest-focused retail environment.

Competencies and Requirements• Valid Driver’s License - Full 'G' (ON) or Class 5 (BC, AB, SK, MB, YT)• Clean Driver’s Abstract and Clear Criminal Background Check• Personal insured vehicle with valid insurance coverage permitting delivery (business use). Proof of insurance is required during onboarding.
- Smartphone with data plan (and comfort using apps/technology)• Solid guest service mindset with excellent communication skills• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with a positive attitude• Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic math skills• High level of integrity and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties Open and Close retail store,
including activating and deactivating alarms.
Greet and assist customers in a manner that models exemplary conduct to other staff.
Provide a high level of customer service; build quality relationships with customers, suggest new products, provide product knowledge, and remind them of upcoming sales.
Assist with team member onboarding, training, and continuous education.
Build team commitment to high standards of service, exceeding Customer expectations and leading by example.
Maintain a full understanding and reinforce and departmental policies, procedures, and regulations.
Ensure all customer complaints are addressed and handled professionally.
Assist with the implementation of sales strategies and motivate sales team to achieve goals/targets.
Communicate changes in policy, procedures, products, services, promotions, or any other alterations that affect the customer.
Where necessary, identify and suggest technology solutions to meet evolving customer needs.
Escalate team member issues to direct manager.

Experience 2 years of experience in the retail industry.
6 Months minimum delivery or logistics experience
3-year Driver's Abstract
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in all aspects of customer service.
Clear criminal record.
Provincial Cannabis Certification.
Working Conditions Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
Overtime as required.
