This position ideal for candidates with a minimum of three years in retail, especially in gardening. You'll oversee the department's daily operations, focusing on guest service, productive inventory management, and vibrant product displays that engage customers. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct daily operations of Garden Supplies & Pottery
- Manage all aspects of product flow, including merchandising
- Ensure displays are stock-ready and visually appealing
- Use the POS system for managing inventory and sales
- Analyze inventory movement and inform the Purchasing team Requirements:
- Minimum three years of relevant retail experience
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Organized with a keen eye for detail
- Able to interpret sales and inventory data
