This role reports directly to the Director of Sales and offers a explicit pathway into more senior sales, operations, or management positions for the right person.If you’re organized, curious, and excited by the idea of growing with a company that’s genuinely on the rise, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll DoManage and process sales orders, invoices, and customer records with accuracy and attention to detailConduct outbound cold calling to generate new leads, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the sales team, while tracking activity and outcomesManage and maintain HubSpot CRM, including data hygiene, lead and account updates, pipeline stage management, task creation and follow‑up workflows,



and basic reporting to support sales KPIsManage company social media by scheduling posts, maintaining brand consistency, supporting content creation (job posts, service highlights, wins and case studies), engaging with inbound messages and comments, and sharing performance insights (reach, engagement, leads)Draft, format, and coordinate RFP responses and other proposal documentation for prospective clientsProvide responsive and proactive communication to clients and internal stakeholdersPrepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadershipHelp craft compelling presentations and sales proposals that reflect our brand and valueSupport scheduling, calendar management, and coordination for the sales teamEnsure compliance with internal sales procedures and quality standardsOccasionally assist with security monitoring and emergency procedures, gaining exposure to our core operationsWhat You Bring1+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Associate, or similar role in CanadaHigh school diploma; a Business Administration or related diploma or degree is an assetStrong proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and comfort with CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot)Excellent organization and multitasking#J-18808-Ljbffr
