We’re hiring an experienced Finance Manager to lead Canadian financial reporting, business partnering, and strategic finance in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close
Deliver financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to leadership
Lead P&L; management, forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning
Build financial business cases and support growth initiatives
Manage audits, compliance, and internal financial controls
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and key reporting requirements
Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and other teams
Support COGS analysis and ad-hoc financial requests

What You Bring
5+ years of progressive finance experience




Robust financial analysis and business partnering skills
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP and Power BI
Solid background in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L; analysis
Solid organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
CPA or MBA preferred
