Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of the dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations, upsell menu items, and promote specials to enhance sales and guest satisfaction
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end




Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld through proper food handling and cleanliness practices
Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially multi-tasking skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs gracefully
Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus for understanding menu items and food handling procedures
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts without compromising service quality
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction
Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
Experience in nightclub or hospitality settings is advantageous for managing energetic environments
