What You’ll Do
Read blueprints and install or service commercial HVAC systems
Perform routine preventative maintenance and system inspections
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace worn or defective parts
Install electrical controls and verify proper operation
Respond to emergency service requests promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the team and deliver excellent customer service

You’ll work across commercial job sites and interact with clients directly — we value technicians who take pride in their craft.

What We’re Looking For
313A Red Seal License and G2 Gas License
Strong background in commercial and industrial HVAC projects
Solid electrical and plumbing skills for HVAC system installation
Understanding of workplace hazards and safety precautions




Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
Must be bondable
Must be insurable under our fleet insurance
Dedication to professional growth and staying current with industry advancements
Robust problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Professional presence and excellent communication abilities
Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service
Willingness to work on call, overtime, and some weekends on a rotating schedule
