We’re looking for a Banquet Supervisor to join the CATERING twelvefifty team! If you’re organized, confident, great with people, and can keep things running smoothly when the pace picks up, we’d love to have you on the team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supervise and support banquet servers and event staff during functions
Lead pre-event meetings and ensure the team is set up and ready to go
Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions
Ensure food and beverage service runs smoothly and according to event specifications
Communicate with the kitchen, event team, and clients throughout the function
Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns in a friendly and skilled way
Help train and coach new banquet staff
Keep an eye on service standards, cleanliness, presentation, and food safety
Assist with coordinating staff and adjusting duties as needed throughout the event




Jump in and help wherever needed to make sure the event is a success

What We’re Looking For
Previous banquet, serving, hospitality, or supervisory experience is an asset
Strong communication and leadership skills
Comfortable making decisions and taking charge when needed
Organized and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, skilled, and confident working with guests
A team player who isn’t afraid to jump in and help
Must be available for evenings and weekends
