Duties
Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Cook menu items with accuracy, speed, and attention to presentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and quality standards
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks




Ensure all food is stored correctly and inventory levels are monitored for freshness and safety

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills
Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
