ABOUT THE JOB

Position: Line Cook

Terms of Employment: Part time and Full time. Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Job Duties:
ensure quality of food is top notch and consistent,
work with specialized cooking equipment,
ensure that kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards,
follow recipes and presentation specifications,
meet dietary requirements where required,
clean and maintain station.

Requirements:
minimum 2 year related experience
solid work ethic
ability to communicate well with back and front of house staff
demonstrated experience in high volume restaurant required
