One of our clients is hiring a reliable and hardworking Manual Order Picker to join their warehouse team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of order picking or warehouse experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment.

Job Title: Manual Order Picker

Location: Mississauga, ON
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18.90/hour

Responsibilities
Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Locate products and retrieve items according to order requirements.
Verify product quantities and ensure orders are prepared correctly.
Pack and stage orders for shipment or distribution.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.




Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment.
Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications
1+ year of previous warehouse/order picking experience required.
Positive communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and productivity-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.90 per hour
