Responsibilities
Must have min. 1 year experience with painting/finishing
Be able to shape, finish, and refinish damaged, worn, or used furniture or current high-grade furniture to specified color or finish
Apply spray sealer and top coats.
Apply spray stains and wipe stains.
Match stains and finishes to custom colors.
Perform quality checks according to quality standards.
Maintain basic preventive maintenance on spray booths and equipment.
Keep work area neat and clean according to company standards.
Work safely and follows all company rules and procedures.
Job Requirements
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis; will ask for assistance for lifting or moving heavier items
Ability to understand and follow construction drawings
Positive communication and time management skills
Must have a valid driver’s license
