Join our dynamic team as a Renovation Carpenter and bring expert craftsmanship to a variety of renovation and remodeling projects. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through accurate carpentry, installation, and finishing work. Your skills will help clients realize their vision for beautiful, functional environments. Duties
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute renovation plans
Install and repair cabinetry, flooring, drywall, siding, roofing, and tile to meet project specifications
Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and other structural tasks with precision
Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
Conduct restoration work including drywall finishing, painting, caulking, and surface preparation
Assist with plumbing, electrical wiring, and HVAC components as needed during renovation projects
Measure spaces accurately for custom fabrication and ensure proper fitment of all installed elements

Requirements




Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a strong understanding of building techniques
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings confidently
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, masonry equipment, and CNC machinery
Knowledge of flooring installation, tile laying, siding application, roofing techniques, and drywall finishing
Experience with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and restoration projects is highly desirable
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and working in various weather conditions
Valid experience or certification in construction estimating or handyman services is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail to ensure quality craftsmanship

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
