Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery with a friendly attitude
Mix, garnish, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to all alcohol service regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently




Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service flow

Requirements
Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Ability to multitask effectively in a lively setting while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of safety procedures related to alcohol service and food handling
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and POS systems
A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Smart Serve Certificate Required
