Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Garment Printing Machine Operator specializing in Direct-to-Film (DTF) and Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced garment printing equipment to produce high-quality custom apparel. Your expertise will ensure efficient production workflows, precise print quality, and timely delivery of finished products. Responsibilities
Operate DTF and DTG printing machines with precision, ensuring optimal print quality and adherence to design specifications
Prepare garments and printing substrates by inspecting, cleaning, and aligning materials for consistent results
Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment, performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime
Monitor print jobs throughout the production process, making adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards
Manage inventory of printing supplies, including inks, films, and garments, ensuring stock levels are maintained for continuous operation




Package finished products securely for shipment or storage, following company packaging standards
Assist with warehouse tasks such as material handling using forklifts or mechanical tools when required

Skills
Mechanical knowledge related to garment printing machinery and general manufacturing equipment
Experience operating DTF and DTG printers or similar digital printing technology
Familiarity with warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling
Ability to use forklifts safely and effectively in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and packaging procedures
Basic machining skills for minor equipment adjustments or repairs when necessary
Prior warehouse experience is preferred to support efficient workflow management

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
