What You'll Do
Prepare and cook Popeyes menu items according to company recipes and procedures.
Season and prepare fresh chicken batches while maintaining product quality and consistency.
Prepare side items and ensure all food is served fresh and to brand standards.
Inspect raw ingredients and finished products for quality and food safety.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including workstations, dishes, floors, and garbage disposal.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Work closely with managers and team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Support the team during busy periods while delivering exceptional quality and speed.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 25–40 lbs.
Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 7 hours per shift.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is an asset.
Previous supervisory or management experience is considered an asset but is not required.
Food Handler Certification is an asset.
