We are seeking a full time Assistant Superintendent to live on-site and work at our residential apartment building in Toronto, Ontario. We invite teams of 1 or two to apply.
Salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 split equally between the team of two,
plus an apartment valued at 30,000 plus benefits
Single candidates are offered $37,000 plus apt (valued at 30,000)

Self-starter
Detail oriented
Excellent cleaning skills
Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, and maintenance
Courteous and professional with employees and tenants
Ability to show vacant suites to prospective tenants
Assist with the preparation of vacant suites
Experience in similar role required
Ability to follow direction from Property Manager
