Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Toddler Room Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and protected setting for young children aged one to three years old. Your enthusiasm and expertise will support their developmental milestones, foster curiosity, and promote positive social interactions. Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development for toddlers
Foster a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and independence
Observe and assess each child's progress, maintaining detailed records of developmental milestones and behaviors
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's daily experiences and developmental needs
Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans and share best practices in early childhood education
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention as needed





Requirements
2 years of proven experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting
Solid knowledge of early childhood education principles and child development stages
Experience working with children with disabilities or special educational needs is preferred
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage classroom activities, schedules, and documentation efficiently
Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities while maintaining a nurturing approach
Valid Level 1 certification in childcare or early childhood education; additional training in special education is a plus
Ability to obtain a clear police check which includes the vulnerable sector search
Valid First aid certificate

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
