Overview:

Contrans Tank Group (Contrans) is a division of SFI International which is a subsidiary of TFI International, a publicly traded company. SFI companies have been providing exemplary customer service since 1926. Contrans is a leader in specialized tanker transportation. Transportation of materials include building products, cement, food grade liquids, propane, and other bulk commodities. We offer transportation across North America, but the main service corridor is within Canada and around the Great Lakes region of the US.

Currently, we are looking for Billing Technician to join our energetic team in Woodstock.

Key Responsibilities for this Role:
Process billing in AS400 and Accounting based on assigned rates
Update/maintain customer files and billing rates
Communicate with managers and sales with current and previous billing concerns
Process manual invoice submission requests and customer portal management
Other projects and tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE:




Secondary Education
1 to 3 years administration experience
Clerical accuracy, ability to work well with others, intermediate - advanced excel skills
Detail oriented, able to prioritize, and effectively manage multiple assignments within a set time frame
