Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at On a Roll Sushi & Sliders in Windsor. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating memorable dining experiences by crafting specialty cocktails and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.





Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred.
Positive time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of food safety regulations is an asset.
