We are seeking a motivated and skilled Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate a variety of heavy machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision at every stage. Your expertise will help drive the success of our projects, from site preparation to paving and finishing. Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and pavers with precision and safety awareness
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment such as Caterpillar machinery to ensure optimal performance
Assist in site preparation activities like grading, excavation, and horizontal drilling to lay the groundwork for construction projects
Support paving operations by managing asphalt spreaders and related machinery to achieve smooth, durable surfaces
Drive commercial vehicles as needed to transport equipment, materials, or personnel between sites




Follow all safety protocols and construction standards while maintaining a clean and organized work setting
Collaborate with team members to execute project plans efficiently and meet deadlines

Experience
Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and pavers
Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment brands is highly desirable
Prior construction experience involving site grading, paving, or horizontal drilling is preferred
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent certification for operating large vehicles
Robust understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation in a construction setting
Ability to adapt quickly to different machinery and project requirements while maintaining high safety standards

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
