Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional dining experiences that align with our mission of providing high-quality food and service.
Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Take and process customer orders accurately using POS systems
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
Manage cash handling and processing transactions
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service




Provide excellent customer service to foster repeat business

Qualifications

Proven experience in a restaurant or food service workplace
Solid customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Micros POS
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in upselling is a plus
