General Description:

The Associate Director position is an experienced leadership role within the disability field, providing support and leadership to the LIVING Team at Quest Support Services Inc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly oversee LIVING Program in collaboration with an Associate
Work well under pressure and timelines and are able to adapt to last minute situations that may arise
Represent Quest Support Services in a professional manner during all interactions that occur between Quest staff, individual’s guardians, and any other professionals that the Associate Director may come in contact with
Facilitate a variety of training programs throughout the year including, but not limited to: Agency Orientation, & additional courses as decided
Ability to schedule and host meetings with the management team, staff members and members of the multi-disciplinary team when required
Resolve conflicts or issues that may occur throughout the agency at a variety of levels




Ability to provide appropriate employee discipline when required to members of the team
Excellent communication between all departments, employees and community members
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a rapid paced workplace

Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Psychology or related discipline
3 years’ work experience in disability services.
1-year work experience in a management role
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License; vehicle to be used for work purposes with $2 million liability coverage
Transparent Criminal Record

Position Details:
Hours: Monday – Friday from 8:00 – 16:30
Salary: Negotiable based on education and experience
On Call Rotation: Associate Directors are required to participate in the regular On Call rotation as well as utilized in times of crisis and/or emergency

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $68,000.00-$71,000.00 per year
