We are looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Cook & Light Housekeeper who can prepare a variety of Nigerian and international dishes while also assisting with light household cleaning.

The ideal candidate should be a versatile cook who can prepare healthy, tasty, home-style meals and maintain a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of Nigerian dishes, including soups, stews, rice dishes, and other traditional meals
Prepare a variety of international/intercontinental dishes
Plan and organize meals
Assist with grocery lists and meal ingredients when required
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Wash dishes and clean cooking areas after meal preparation
Perform light household cleaning, tidying, and organization
Ensure proper food storage and kitchen hygiene

Requirements
Robust knowledge of Nigerian cuisine is essential
Ability to prepare a variety of international/intercontinental dishes




Previous cooking experience is preferred
Good understanding of food hygiene and secure food handling
Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and organized
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to cleanliness and detail
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Schedule

This is a part time position. Specific working days and hours will be discussed with the successful candidate.
