Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. Your expertise in carpentry will contribute to the successful completion of various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials to build structures or components
Install cabinets, siding, trim work, windows, doors etc
Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures
Perform construction painting and caulking as needed
Inspect and ensure the quality of finished work
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
can run a small crew and complete work on their own.

Experience:
Proven experience as a Carpenter
Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to carpentry work
Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Valuable physical stamina and manual dexterity

Skills:




Proficient in carpentry techniques such as framing, finishing, cabinetry, concrete and all other aspects of home renovation and recent construction
Knowledge of different types of wood and their applications
Experience with cabinet installation and repair
Familiarity with siding installation methods
Ability to build structures from scratch based on specifications
Skill in caulking joints for weatherproofing and finishing

Pay: $40.00-$68.00 per hour
