On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst - B2B for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Business Analyst - B2B - Job Description:
The project involves supporting the B2B line of business within the Banking and Credit Technology sector. The role focuses on ensuring solutions and initiatives meet business outcomes, with a possibility of extension and conversion to full time employment.

Business Analyst - B2B - Responsibilities:
Elicit requirements and analyze feasibility to ensure solutions achieve expected business outcomes.
Support various project teams across the project lifecycle to align development with business requirements.
Develop informative and usable project documents for multiple stakeholders.
Apply domain and functional expertise to drive business value.
Break down strategic problems and analyze data for insights and recommendations.
Build test cases to validate business requirements and End-User Testing results.




Work independently on complex tasks and solve problems within given rules.

Business Analyst - B2B - Mandatory Skills:
4 - 6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile Delivery and Development.
Data analysis and Learning Agility.
Process improvement and optimization.
Business requirements definition and analysis.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Collaboration and team skills.

Business Analyst - B2B – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Understanding of technical lingo related to architecture, data analysis, and flows.
Previous Financial/Banking industry experience.

Business Analyst - B2B – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
