We’re hiring a Seasonal Front Desk Coordinator for our Danforth location.

Seasonal Position Till December 31st 2026

Schedule:
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00AM - 5:00 PM
Flexibility to cover additional shifts is a bonus

We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual, and mature
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Confident multitasking and handling customers
Positive, energetic, and qualified
Flexible to help cover shifts when needed
Comfortable with sales and leadership responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:
Opening/closing the store
Booking appointments and assisting clients
Answering calls, emails, and messages
Handling cash and deposits
Cleaning and maintaining the spa
Inventory and stock organization
Creating at least 1 Social media reel per shift
Supporting staff coordination and daily operations

Requirements:
Solid English communication skills
Comfortable using Mac computers and social media




Organized, trustworthy, and independent
Able to work under pressure and learn quickly
Customer service and sales confidence required
Mangomint.com system experience is an asset
