Overview:

We are seeking a Manufacturing team member to join our window blind manufacturing team.

Duties:
Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing goals
Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency
Conduct quality control checks on products to maintain high standards
Use equipment to assist in manufacturing and assembling blinds
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Understand and follow manufacturing process and ensure precise work

Experience:
Some experience in a manufacturing workplace
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards
Ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to use a sewing machine an asset




Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting
Good command of the English Language, written and oral proficiency required
Ability to measure materials accurately in imperial form and use power tools in a safe manner

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
