Everest Construction has an immediate requirement forJourneyman/woman Carpenters in the Calgary and surrounding area. If you are a construction skilled with a minimum 2 years experience in commercial and civil work, including concrete formwork, we would like to meet you!

In addition to the above, the following requirements are assets for the position:
Valid Class 5 drivers licence and reliable vehicle to commute to work
Clear communicator
Certificates in CSTS and WHMIS are necessary while Fall Protection, Ariel Lift Training and Confined Space are assets.
Positive attitude and relationship focused leader, strong mentorship skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities
Operate hand and power tools to perform construction tasks, including carpentry and woodworking.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
Maintain safety standards
Collaborate with team members to communicate project progress and address any issues.
Drive to job sites with a Class 5 Licence, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00-$48.00 per hour
