Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Bakery Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized bakery environment. This role offers an chance to work in a rapid-paced food industry setting, ensuring customers enjoy fresh baked goods and a welcoming shopping experience. Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is a plus, along with strong time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities
Prepare and package baked goods according to quality standards
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their bakery selections
Operate SAP systems,
Upsell bakery items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery area following food safety guidelines
Restock shelves with fresh products and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
Ensure all food safety protocols are adhered to during food preparation and serving




Assist in maintaining a well-organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety

Requirements
Ability to work early morning 5AM to 01:30 PM and able to work the closing shift also, 01:30 PM to 11 PM.You will be trained to learn everything.
Previous experience in BAKERY preparation, food service, or cashiering is preferred; restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Knowledge of SAP systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
