Duties
Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, sinks, and dishwashing stations to uphold health standards
Sort and organize clean items for proper storage or immediate use in food preparation areas
Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the culinary team in smooth operations
Follow safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation to ensure a hygienic workspace
Restock dishwashing supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is functioning properly




Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by participating in routine cleaning schedules and waste disposal

Experience
Prior experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or food service setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided
