Join our dynamic team as a Paint Sales Associate and train to become our new store manager.

In this energetic role, you will actively engage with customers to understand their project needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and demonstrate our wide range of high-quality paints and finishes. Once those skills have been mastered you will train to become the current store manager

Responsibilities and knowledge to be learned
· Basic Paint knowledge

o Basic retail sale

o Retailer application sale

o Contractor sale

o Paint Complaint and Failure Fixes

o Deck prep and staining

o Basic Colour Rx Knowledge

· Blind Knowledge

o Types

o Fabrics

o Basic Measurement guides

o Identify best blind for certain areas

Skills
No paint experience necessary




Background in customer service and retail are extremely significant
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Canva and other Social media is a bonus
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for quotes, measurements, and pricing adjustments.
Organizational skills for managing product displays, inventory levels, and customer account details efficiently.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
