Lemon Tree Housekeeping & Vacation Homes Property Management is looking for a Vacation Homes Coordinator to join our growing team. The position services Nanaimo, Nanoose, Parksville, Qualicum and surrounding areas. We are a leading Vacation Rental company that specializes in managing and cleaning properties. We are looking for someone with robust leadership and communication skills, cleaning experience, and supervisory experience. This is a face paced position with a solid hands-on component. Your responsiblities will include; cleaning vacation rentals, mentoring/teaching and guiding cleaning staff, scheduling and overseeing maintenance work, creating systems to improve work flow, and assisting management with administrative tasks.



Robust computer skills are required to navigate our internal systems and hosting software. A reliable vehicle is needed and the availability to work on the weekends. We are looking for the right person to join our leadership team - someone who can make a committment to the company and the properties we manage. Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
