Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities, ensuring a secure and sanitary environment for all occupants.
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
Notify management of any repairs needed
Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
Proficient in time management to complete tasks efficiently
Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and working with hand tools
Familiarity with custodial duties and facilities maintenance
Solid communication skills to interact with colleagues and provide customer service
Ability to operate power tools safely
