Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant accessories or upgrades to enhance their experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining professionalism

Requirements
Multilingual skills or bilingual ability to connect with a diverse customer base is highly desirable
Previous experience in retail sales, or related fields is preferred
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandise displays and stock levels
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and sales excellence

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19.0 – 30.0 per week
