Join a growing team as an Inventory Coordinator and play an important role in keeping inventory accurate, organized, and moving efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys coordinating inventory, orders, stock levels, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Monitor inventory movements, receipts, transfers, and adjustments
Coordinate stock counts and cycle counts
Investigate inventory discrepancies and update records as needed
Track incoming and outgoing products and materials
Prepare inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, operations, and other internal teams
Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess stock
Support inventory planning and replenishment activities
Use inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
Help improve inventory accuracy and operational processes

Qualifications
Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics,



supply chain, or operations is an asset
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working collaboratively
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in supply chain, logistics, or business is an asset
