Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead our plumbing teams on diverse construction projects. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and coordinate with project managers and subcontractors. Your leadership will be vital in driving project success from start to finish while maintaining high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Supervise plumbing installation teams, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to blueprints and schematics
Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes
Coordinate with project managers to develop schedules using construction management software
Monitor quality control throughout the project lifecycle,
addressing issues promptly to meet specifications and standards
Manage site logistics, materials procurement, and budgeting to keep projects on track and within scope
Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols in compliance with regulations
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in plumbing or construction environments with a robust understanding of plumbing systems and installation techniques
Extensive construction experience with knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and construction estimating processes
Familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Solid skills in quality control, budgeting, and project coordination
Ability to read technical drawings accurately and interpret schematics effectively
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
