Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of industrial work areas, including floors, machinery, and equipment using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Experience using a carboard compactor
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment for all staff
Handle waste disposal responsibly by sorting recyclables and managing trash removal efficiently
Use commercial cleaning equipment such as scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers to complete tasks effectively
Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations




Restock cleaning supplies and materials as needed to support ongoing maintenance efforts
Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention or maintenance

Skills
Proven custodial or commercial cleaning experience in an industrial or similar setting
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the proper use of cleaning equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning coverage
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues promptly
