Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles and treatments
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and finishing to meet client expectations
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety
Engage with clients through friendly communication, ensuring they feel valued and heard throughout their visit
Upsell additional services or retail products that enhance the client’s experience and meet their needs
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments,



checking in clients, and processing payments
Stay informed about current hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide expert advice

Qualifications
Proven experience in hair styling with a solid portfolio of work showcasing versatility and creativity
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and foster repeat business
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards within a salon environment
Solid communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations
Ability to upsell retail products effectively while prioritizing client satisfaction
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required
A valid cosmetology or hairstylist license as per local regulations

Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour
