Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs, and fostering a love of learning. Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
Support children in their daily routines, including feeding, toileting, and rest periods
Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members
Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that meet individual needs and learning goals




Engage in ongoing career development related to early childhood education best practices
Communicate effectively with families to foster solid relationships and support children's success
Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization in accordance with health and safety standards

Skills
Proven experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities or special needs
Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage young learners through creative activities
Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, families, and team members
Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for supporting children's growth
Classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment
Ability to adapt activities to meet diverse learning styles and developmental levels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.27 per hour
