We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping activities. Duties
Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and weed control
Apply horticultural principles to promote healthy plant growth and landscape aesthetics
Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, edging, mulching, and seasonal clean-up
Use hand tools and power tools for various tasks including trimming, digging, and material handling
Assist with construction projects related to landscape design, including building retaining walls or pathways
Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
Requirements
Prior experience with landscaping, horticulture, or related fields is preferred
Knowledge of mechanical systems related to landscape equipment and tools
Strong understanding of gardening practices and landscape maintenance techniques
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues
Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials and operate hand/power tools
Construction experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Valid driver’s license is preferred for equipment operation or site travel purposes
