Responsibilities
Measure, cut, and install various types of siding materials, ensuring precise fit and finish.
Install gutters, downspouts, and related accessories to ensure proper water drainage.
Use hand tools such as hammers, drills, saws, and caulking guns to complete installations efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to follow project specifications accurately.
Perform heavy lifting of siding panels, gutters, and related materials safely and effectively.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping,



or applying sealants like caulking for optimal adhesion.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time, maintaining safety standards at all times.

Skills
Proficiency with hand tools used in construction and installation tasks.
Prior construction or carpentry experience is highly desirable for understanding building processes.
Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings to execute precise installations.
Knowledge of caulking techniques to seal joints effectively against weather elements.
Physical strength for heavy lifting and sustained physical activity throughout the workday.
Handyman experience is a plus for troubleshooting in office challenges quickly.
Strong attention to detail combined with excellent teamwork skills for successful project completion.
