The Role We are seeking a passionate, adaptable teacher to lead our multi-age classroom (Grades 1–6) in a team-oriented co-teaching setting. You will design flexible, engaging lesson plans across multiple subjects while building strong relationships with a diverse group of learners.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver student-centered curriculum aligned with Alberta learning standards.
Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and academic levels.
Co-teach and collaborate closely with colleagues to support overall student development.
Foster a Christ-centered, supportive, and engaging classroom environment.
Qualifications
Active Alberta Teaching Certification
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
Robust knowledge of the Alberta K–6 curriculum
Alignment with our School Statement of Faith and a personal life reflecting the fruits of the Spirit
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-grade dynamics and diverse learning needs
Position Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
