Responsibilities
Read and interpret plans, program and adjust the machine for each piece.
Precisely inspect metal pieces and make necessary adjustments.
Start production after checks.
Load metal sheets into the machine.
Determine the sequence and method of bending.
Select tools suited to the metal thickness and type of bending.
Organize finished products on pallets for shipping.
Regularly maintain and clean the machine.
Keep a clean workspace.
Participate in inventories and check the quality of received materials.
Complete documents related to quality (ISO).
Support colleagues in case of absence or during peak periods.
Desired Skills
Knowledgeable about Amada press brakes.
Organized and autonomous.
Meticulous with attention to detail.
Capable of working in a team.
Experience
Qualified Diploma (DEP) in sheet metal work or equivalent.
