Busy real estate office looking to recruit a creator of first impressions.
We require two receptionists - one for our Summerland Office and one for our Osoyoos office. The successful candidate will possess a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor while performing the following duties in our fast paced and friendly environment. Looking for someone to work every Saturday 9:00 - 4:00pm and potential for more hours during the week for some initial training as well as covering for holidays etc.

Duties include:
Greeting our agents and clients on telephone and in person
Sending emails in Microsoft Outlook and using our internal paging system to take messages
Processing listing and sales paperwork
Light bookkeeping
Some marketing & special projects

This successful candidate is qualified and polite as they will be an ambassador of our business in this public facing role.



This individual might be passionate about customer service or the real estate industry and might be considering one day becoming a REALTOR or Property Manager and wants to learn from experience and immerse themselves in the industry early.

Great position for a student looking to immerse themselves in an office environment.

We work hard and the day flies by. Looking for a multi-tasker with a can do attitude. Loyalty and hard work are rewarded.

Pay is based on experience. Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn recent software would be an asset.
