Responsibilities:
Work outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions. Winter snow removal as needed.
Perform PDI's on sold vehicles. (pre-delivery inspections)
Use basic hand tools when needed
Park and retrieve commercial vehicles
Keep the lot and vehicles clean and organized
Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management
Assist customers with locating vehicles for sale and starting them
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines and complete tasks on time

Skills:
Strong customer service skills
Punctuality, being on-time for work daily including mandatory Saturdays
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of truck dealership operations is a plus
Ability to provide exceptional guest services
G Drivers licence is mandatory,



with an excellent driving record and ability to drive trucks of all sizes comfortably
