Job Description

We are looking for a confident, qualified, and driven individual who can build strong client relationships, generate new leads, prepare accurate estimates, and close sales.

The ideal candidate has experience in construction or renovations, strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering excellent service from first contact to signed contract.

Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Meet with clients and assess project needs
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Close sales and help drive company growth
Represent RonOvations in a qualified manner

Requirements
Previous sales experience, preferably in roofing, siding, or exterior renovations
Solid communication and customer service skills
Comfortable dealing directly with homeowners and clients
Ability to generate leads and close deals




Understanding of construction and renovation projects
Ability to provide accurate estimates
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Valid driver’s licence is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
