We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our team. As a Barber/Stylist, you will provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality haircuts and styling services to our clients. Duties:
Provide professional haircuts, hairstyling, and grooming services to clients of all ages
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert advice on suitable hairstyles
Perform various hair treatments, including shampooing, conditioning, and coloring
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hairstyles and grooming techniques
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Sanitize tools and equipment after each use to ensure a secure and hygienic environment
Upsell salon products and retail items to enhance the client experience
Assist with front desk duties as needed

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs




Strong customer service skills to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for clients
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, trimming, and shaping hair
Knowledge of different hair types, textures, and styles
Ability to upsell salon products and recommend suitable hair care products for clients' needs
Familiarity with sanitization procedures for tools and equipment
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
