We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support the dental practitioners, and ensure smooth clinic operations. This role offers an excellent chance for growth within a professional setting that values expertise in dental assisting and patient communication. Experience with dental software such as Cleardent or Dentally, as well as experience with front admin, will be highly advantageous. Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Minimum 1 year experience required.
Duties
Assist dentists during various dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments in compliance with health standards
Take digital impressions using CAD technology and assist with other digital dentistry tasks
Manage patient records using dental management software
Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and medical terminology in patient charts
Qualifications
Valid Registered Dental Assistant license or certification required
Proven experience with dental assisting,
including knowledge of medical terminology
Familiarity with dental software
Experience in orthodontics and pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
Knowledge of sterilization protocols and infection control standards
Prior experience working as a dental receptionist or in a clinical support role is a plus
