The Resident Support Worker, under the direction of the Supervisor and Executive Director, will play a crucial role in the day-to-day support of our residents. The main role will be offering assistance and support to individuals making the transition from homelessness to low-income (un)supportive housing. They are non-judgmental and interested in building healthy supportive relationships.
Hours will full time rotational, working 9:00am to 9:00pm, 4 days on/4 days off.
Satisfactory criminal record inquiry is required.
Email/Data Entry are required.
Light janitorial duties to ensure a safe workplace.
Requires ability to lift 10 pounds, walk and stand for moderate periods.
Individuals with diverse experience and education will be considered.
Individuals must be okay working independently and in a small team.
Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License and vehicle.

Compensation: Starting $24.00 an hour. Perks provided after probationary period.
