We’re on the hunt for an experienced manager with robust cocktail knowledge to help lead the charge at Project Gigglewater. Responsibilities
Manage daily bar operations, including staff supervision.
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction at all times.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
Develop creative cocktail menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food service integration.





Requirements
Very strong knowledge of classic cocktails
High volume experience
Proven experience in bar management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
